What does the six months of mentoring
following the workshop entail? |

The 6 month mentoring program is deliverable
to each student only AFTER they have successfully completed the workshop and
once they have successfully passed their certification exam. Mentoring is
delivered by either John Alexander or else by Robin Nobles, and it will be
limited to one hour per month, for a total of six hours. You can use all of
your hours in one month if you choose, or space them out over the six-month
period. All mentoring hours should be pre-scheduled ahead of time based on a
mutually convenient time and can be phone calls, e-mail, running reports,
visiting Web sites, etc. We'll keep track of the hours and let you know when
you've reached the total of six hours. After that point, if you want to
purchase consulting services, the hourly rate is $150 an hour. After the six
months is over, unused hours will no longer be available.
(Note: Mentoring is only delivered by either Robin or John -- not with
Michael and Dave. If you would like to work with Dave and/or Michael on any
of your projects, be sure to contact them for a quote.) |

Will Michael Campbell and Dave Barry be attending every
workshop? |

Michael and Dave will attend as many workshops as their
schedules permit. However, they won't be able to attend them all.
But, if they can't attend, we can offer speaker phone consultations and site
reviews or online chat sessions, so that you'll be
able to ask Michael and Dave questions about your Web sites or technical
problems you're having. |

I've been doing SEO work for years, but I'm self taught.
Do I have the knowledge necessary to take the Advanced workshop without
taking the Beginning first? |

If you know the basics of search engine marketing, you
should be ready for the Advanced training. However, we have created
a prerequisite exam that you can take to be sure. If you score at least 75%,
you should be ready for the Advanced class.

I took a workshop from you a year or so ago. What
benefits would I get from taking another workshop? |
| A |
The search engine industry is one of the most dynamic
and ever changing industries in the world. If you don't keep up with
the changes, your online business could suffer. The content of the workshop
changes with the industry, so that with each
workshop, you're presented with new material and updated with what's
happening in the industry. Attending a workshop
on a yearly basis will help you insure that your knowledge is up to date and
that you're doing everything you can to
achieve success with your online business.
Plus, past students can attend a workshop during the following year at half

the software programs that are offered in the Start-Up Tools Arsenal. Can I
get a discount off the cost of the workshop, since I don't need the bonuses? |

The workshop, tools, and mentoring come as a package deal
and can't be split apart. The Start-Up Tools Arsenal is a wonderful group of
resources that comes as an addition to the workshop, as does the six months
of mentoring with John Alexander and Robin Nobles.

If I don't use the 6 mentoring hours during the 6 months
following the workshop, can I hold on to those hours for when I need them
later? |

Six months after the workshop is over, any unused mentoring
hours can no longer be used. |
